Mentha Capital sells Frimex to Value Enhancement Partners
Mentha Capital has sold Frimex, the market leader in the Dutch food retail installation and service market, to Value Enhancement Partners. Frimex designs, installs and services cooling, electrical and climate technology systems for large retailers and the hospitality sector. The company has built on decades of food retail expertise and has a long track record of innovation in the industry.
